How to build HMVC CodeIgniter on Heroku

You have *not* found a bug.
CodeIgniter 3 *expects* class names (controllers, models & libraries) to start with a capital letter.
The url might be whatever/home but the classname *must* be Home and be inside controllers/Home.php
