inAuth system for CI4

Now availible:
• Register
• Login
• Logout
• Allow\disalow email activation
• Add black domains and ips for registration\login
• Possible simple use botscout.com service to check bots by email
• User role
• Views templates based bootstrap
• Processing errors

In the near future will:
• Validation for all user fiels
• Full processing errors
• Possible change email and password
• Possible recover forgetten password

In future will:
• Custom mail templates for some actions, this will after when in CI will possible mailing
• captcha
