This is the correct way of doing it.

Code:
 `created_at` DATETIME  DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
 `updated_at` DATETIME  DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP ON UPDATE CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,

Works with DATETIME and TIMESTAMP
