Audit Logs hit api no api response in front end

Hi,

Am working HMVC API Based , I need to insert Audit log...

Am tried Below Url,

Audit log trailer
 
Am Insert Data using API Services in Postman , Audit Log and My Response getting response in service Fine.

But Once Hit these URL in Front end no response got Please Tell me Why  ??
