Modular Extensions - HMVC

Hi, I'm trying a 'hello world' to test Modular extensions for a new project.
I'm getting this message

My testing structure is like this
webroot/application/modules/clients/controllers/test

my test stub is
webroot/application/controllers/base
Index has this call echo modules::run('test');
