Sure it does. Just as with models and makes of car, it comes down to personal preference. I might want a car that has a CD player, or I might want one with an iPod dock station. I might like blue, and not yellow, and I may also require a car that has enough seats to seat a family of 7. It all comes down to what the end user requires (or just wants), or what they like.
