html/css templates, skins, themes

Hey guys,

If you're like me, you suck at making anything look fancy. I am developping a small web app and I am now looking for an html template, like to one you can buy on http://www.themeforest.net/. That site has some great templates, but they all tend to be more Portofolio'ish than web app.

My question is, where do you guys get your html template? Or can you point me to any other site where I can buy complete simple html/css template.

I have used oswd once or twice for tiny projects otherwise 4templates has sexy css layouts for around $30 if a client prefers a cheaper, generic route.
