Noob question... How do I...

I'm brand new to coding php using a framework and MVC. So please pardon the noob question... After I build my app on my dev machine, how do I put it on the production server? And how may I generalize it so I can reuse the same app on several different sites? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm still learning, as I said.
