Convert simple image to QR code

I want to convert simple image (*.png, *.jpg ,*.gif, *.bitmap, *....) to be QR code image.

Is it possible to generate it?

Hey ... There is library PHP QR Code ... google for it .... I never use it but i think it can help you .
