"Inline" deleting using AJAX for CodeIgniter

Hey, I just saw this cool library, Ajax for CodeIgniter, and thought it might be useful for "inline" deleting or whatever you'd call it. My question is, how could I code it? I know a bit of JavaScript and jQuery, but I'm not 100 % into it which sucks (must....read.....tutorials....guides....cough...read!).

Hello? The thing I'm asking about is how to build functions so my delete comment function can delete comments without updating the comments page.
