Browser issue with form submit

use Firefox and the HTML validation checker plugin, it will automatically alert you to incorrectly formatted HTML.

if you use submit with a name, there sometimes can be issues, ive encountered one myself this morning.
weird, dunno why either. i wrote a workarround and now its good.
