HELP NEEDED : Email Invitation System

I want to create an email invitation system on my website,
Is there any inbuilt functionality in codeigniter for that??

I know about the email library in CI, Is there any free script which can provide fetching yahoo, gmail, hotmail addressbooks & email to them?
