Recent use of Codeigniter & Postgres

Hi guys,

i just wrote couple of line to ask if some of those valuable codeigniter community member has used to work with Codeigniter and Postgres.


I'm wondering does Active Record is all good, no major issue?

I use CI and postgresql, however I do not use CI's active record or any db classes
(I just PHP's abstraction)

.. not because the CI's one do not work, just did not want to learn the CI's library...

my software sofar in 'local' testing. But no problems sofar, the connections to postgres are not cached in anyway sofar -- but are very fast.
