Excuse me, do you know any way for Administrator to change other password but not for the logged user?

I tried to use change_password functionality but it only receives old_password and new_password assuming I am changing the pwd for the logged user.

For admin logged user, I'd like to be able to change other user's passwords.

Do you have any clue where to look for this?
