How to Install and configure "CODEIGNITER" in my laptop?

I'm trying to installed codeigniter in subdirectory in one of my site, I will be implementing a new app for that site and I will like to use codeigniter, I follow the instruction on

http://ellislab.com/codeigniter/user-gui...index.html

But I get "Disallowed Key Characters." page instead of the Welcome page.

Can someone help me?

At what URL is the CodeIgniter front controller accessed?

I found the answer to my question it was a cookie problem I the cookies in my browser and the installation worked fine.
