This is pretty cool but it could be even better. My suggestions:
Preview
Would be great with a preview feature for images, flash, text, etc. I'd be tempted to suggest bundling a modal window such as thickbox or lightbox, but simply having a link that opens the image in the browser, with a config option to support common modal windows would do the trick. Most only need rel="" or class="" so it would not be difficult.
Edit file
Editing a text file would be a wonderful feature here. Very simple too. Doesn't need anything fancy like TinyMCE, just a textarea so we can make quick adjustments to HTML files and text documents.
Add file
Seems I can add directories but not files?
Buttons
They have a set width, so decompress overflows. Use min-width:50px to replace width:50px.
Other than that this is pretty cool stuff. I will have to consider putting this in my CMS.
