charts library V1.3

hi all
version 1.3 of charts library is available!

Differences between V 1.2 are only bug fixes and correction of some errors in the documentation file.

Charts is a codeingniter library based on pChart and pData classes. It allows to draw simple 2/3D pie, lines,cubic lines and bar charts. With charts library you do not need to calculate anything inside the image, it fits all the pieces at best, based on provided parameters.

One thing, use pChart class present in my tar.gz , it is a modified version that avoid a pChart bug.
