Bug in language file loading error

Noticed a slight bug in the error message you get when it can not load a language file.

Unable to load the requested language file: language/browser_lang.php

I'ts missing the language in the path to the file. Should be:

Unable to load the requested language file: language/english/browser_lang.php

[eluser]Unknown[/eluser]
I had the same problems....
