Download Extension changes from time to time in Opera

When i use download_helper-powered download i recieve sometimes file with it's natural extension and sometimes

*filename*.htm

I think Opera downloads file too fast or shows dialog too quickly.
Is there known workaround?

I'd suggest a reinstall. I use opera occasionally, but not much for downloading, so I'm not aware of this problem. Are you sure that the file your download actually has a filename?

Yep. FF and IE6 work properly.
Well i'm not a user, i'm developer (i wish XD) so i wonder if there is a way to make Opera download files correctly too.
