Let me introduce free PHP IDE with available CodeIgniter plug-in (paid):

1) It is written on C++ ant therefor is more easier.

2) SQL autocomplete

3) As i said it has special plug-ins for CodeIgniter with autocomplete and dinamic help.
(also for Drupal, Joomla, Smarty, WordPress, JQuery)

Reminds me of an old manager who always told our clients that our sites being built in PHP made them more user friendly than the competitions sites being built in .NET...
