I get these on a fresh install of CI

Running Apache 2.2 and PHP 5.3
Works fine with sub 5.3

Have you tried downloading the latest version from the SVN?

Derek has conveniently written a post about getting the latest version from the SVN which should guide you through the process and saves me basically repeating him

If you get stuck withh that, just post back here
