When CI 3.0 stable version relase ?

There are only a handful of "issues" that affect CI3. We are in better shape than most of the other lauded frameworks ...
- Laravel has 277 issues in the core framework
- CakePHP has 116
- Symfony has 714
- phalcon has 525

Mind you, many of those could be feature requests or non-show stopper "issues" as well, and not bug reports.
In light of the above, our 45 "issues" don't sound so bad!

There is only one "issue" on our github repo that is tagged for the 3.0 milestone: the session library.
There are also some user guide corrections and enhancements in progress, but we are getting close
