Mootools, Scriptaculous, Prototype, YUI or JQuery?

Scriptaculous is usually named along with prototype. If you want effects, you have to toss it in. For a prototype user mootools feels very similar. In fact, it's so similar that the moo.fx package can be used with prototype. For everything else however, you need the main mootools lib.
