Mootools, Scriptaculous, Prototype, YUI or JQuery?

Edemilson Lima is right. Mootools has nothing to do with Prototype.
Earlier was moo.fx, which was a effects-only js library to extend Prototype.
But mootools is a standalone framework and not related to Prototype.

Mootools and Prototype have a familiar pinciple (extending native objects, instead of working with namespaces, like jQuery).
