Word Doc Header Copy

Hi,

I am developing job portal.My requirement is like

1.I have one Word file named resume.doc

2.I have to make copy of the "resume.doc"

3.and when i m making copy of that file the Header and Footer with Image
should also write in new file.

Please any one can help through it.....
