A new event library |

The company I work at, Tycoon Research, has just released a new CI event library. I've put up a blog post about it and about why we decided to write our own instead of use one of the existing libraries. http://withoutscope.com/2010/1/3/ci-even...nt-library I think we've hit a good balance of flexibility and transparency. The two big points on those issues are: - A single configuration that you can see all the event to handler mappings in. No wondering what's handling what. - Multiple ways of passing data into the handlers both at run-time and in the config file. Allows for more effective re-use of handlers. The actual code is on github if you want to skip the blog post: http://github.com/rich/ci-events Thoughts? Questions? |
