PHP not rendering in views. (View Object)

So im having some issues... Not sure what it is, but seems to be related to view object and its partials...

Works fine on my other server (heres phpinfo() for this server)

I cannot for the life of me figure out why its ignoring php tags in the partials.
Normal $this->load->view($page,$data); works just fine.

I have a feeling it has to do with the server config, but cant figure out what.
I will try and call them tomorrow and see whats going on.
