Basic scaffolding like password-protected CRUD

I've got a website for a fest where there are 15-20 events with each event having its own admin.

I wanted CRUD operations which would allow them to administer their web page. What I am looking for is very similar to the default scaffolding library except that it should be password protected or lets say having different keywords for each table.

I want them to add, edit, update, and remove data from the tables assigned to their event. I don't want to code the whole thing. Can anyone kindly help? Is there such a library available?
