You still use WAP browser? Isnt it just easier to develope a site/app for mobile phones and take into consideration of their smaller resolutions and create css accordingly?

So IMO CI developers should not waste energy and time to correct this as its almost obsolete technology anyway and any decent phone which has a browser can do standard HTML quite good so no biggie..
