I would like to read some opinions about this.
Is it convenient to use an ORM? What is or what should be its max. overhead?
How do I know when to stop increasing the abstraction of the code?
How do you know that your site is loading fast or slow, depending on what it does ??
Eg: If it makes 'X' quieres, and each one brings 'Y' results. Is it good that the total exec time is 'Z'? (according to the profiler's benchmarks)
