You don't 'Upload Cross-Domain'

If they are on the same box, you just change the path in the Upload Path.

for example:

Domain 1 Path = /home/user/foo/domains/bar.com/uploads
Domain 2 Path = /home/user/foo/domains/foobar.com/uploads
