Sitemap generator

Hi, what is the best way to generate a dynamic sitemap on the fly? I have seen a few plugins for this, but I would like to know what you think is the better choice... Or will it be better to make my own one?

I have always just wrote my own. That way I can pull out the information I want included or not.
