hide index.php

Hello, I am again with my stupid questions.
How can I hide index.php on addressbar?
http://localhost/index.php/home/view => http://localhost/home/view
http://localhost/index.php/register/step1 =>: / / localhost/register/step1
.........
View more topics in the forum and wiki but way out there do not work.
Or just shows me wellcome class or error 500.
What to do?
