Need php developer do fontend (user webpage) task

I am looking for one php developer to do fontend task. My requirements are:
- codeiginiter 3.0, ajax, jquery (can use Angularjs as javascript framework), mysql, html5, css3.

I will give me database (file .sql) and homepage(index page) with css. More info about the tasks are in the document. Please check it carefully.
