First: more details and explanation of how you have already tried to solve this yourself would make your request much less presumptuous. Nobody is going to do your work for you, although this community is very helpful in resolving problems after you've shown that you are willing to put in the effort to try.

That said, I've had good experience with this jQuery plugin: http://plugins.jquery.com/project/treeview

The data that you will pass to the plugin would need to be drawn from a model or controller and parsed accordingly in a view.
