Encryption problem

Hi,

I'm using the encryption class. But with some of the entries in the database they come out as special htmlentities. Has anyone else had this problem, or know of a way I can stop it printing out the special characters?

So I have a work around for my problem:

so if it has special characters don't display anything. In my case its better than breaking my application.

But the text is coming from a textarea. Do you think that line breaks could be causing the problem?
