I have gone through numerous old forum posts and got bits n pieces of info about how to implement a multiple image upload but still haven't come across something where everything is summarized at one place.
Can anyone point me to one or if they could help me with a pseudo code to do the same. I have written code for single upload but still not successful with multiple images. Before uploading the imaging i need to iterate through each uploaded file and change the name to a unique random id i'm generating.
Also i'm using 1.7.2 as of now so I dont know if this feature has been enhanced in 2.0. There was a bug/feature request that i read in one of the previous posts regarding file extension that seems to be incorporated in 2.0. I'm trying to consolidate the points and make this module work...still not successful.
Once the core module is completed, i wanna do it using a drag n drop UI using maybe JQuery or something.
Any kind of help will be deeply appreciated.
