Sqlite and CI2 - Whats the story and how to get it to work?

Looking through google i cant find anything specific to CI2, but the general consensus with sqlite is that its a pain to get working. Whats the story with sqlite support in CI2? and how do i get it to work, is it simply a case of changing the dbdriver to sqlite and pointing the database value at the location of my file?

Any help would be appreciated.
