Upgraded to 2.0 - my libraries won't autoload

Is there any way to autoload our custom libraries now in 2.0 WITHOUT copying them into the system folder? Or do we have to copy them to the system folder and that's the only choice we have? Thanks.

My bad... it autoloads just fine. I didn't have it referenced in the constructor. Sorry!
