Same Code, Two different pages, one works and the other doesn't

I figured out my error, and it is indicative of my status, forgive me fore I have begun to slip into codopathy.
That state of mind when you've seen too much code, and it all begins to look alike, even the old controllers that you've replaced with new ones.
