question about using ajax libarery

I have 2 divs i am using toggle() function on onclick event
I want to have: when one div is opened the other one will close and vs
any idea?

First of all this has nothing to do with ajax library and second you could have asked on a jquery or similar javascript related forum.

Anyway if you are using jquery;

Try using ":visible" selector. http://api.jquery.com/visible-selector/

The concept is: If one div is visible slideDown or do whatever you want...
