To CI staff - Permission to use code outside Codeigniter

I'm launching a new product that uses some functions available inside CI's package. Every function that is copied or re-written will have in it's description a link back to this website as a "source declaration".

Do I have CI's permission? ..I'm not interested in breaking anyone's TOS's.
