Please Help me on Codeigniter Pagination

I've put the pagination 'pagination.php' into the config folder so that the style will be globally available. When I enabled PHP compression it returns me error "Content Encoding Error". I guess pagination.php file is outputting something before the ob_start(). how can I solve this problem? Your help is very much appreciated. This is also very urgent for me.
