In a previous PHP/MySql project (which was written in a very simple procedural way) I used a EOT file so that Bengali font is readable in the website. It worked fine. All I have done is, keep the
Bengali True Type Font reader Solaimanlipi.eot file in the root folder and it worked.
But I don't get the same effect in a CodeIgniter MVC project. I typed in Bengali, insert it into MySql database but while retrieving it comes up obscured, in a not-readable format.
Is there any way to do that? I want to make a
Bengali font (instead of English ) embedded MVC site using CodeIgniter, is there any solution?
