Flags Helper and Select Box

Hi i am using Flag Helper on Project, and i am using this jquery plugin to add the flags images to the select box

The Problem is that for the plugin to work i have to add this :

<option value="shopping_cart" title="icons/icon_cart.gif">Shopping Cart</option>

"title" to the select option value so that the image flag apears.

My big question how can i use the "form_dropdown()" in away that includes the title option to all fields.
