Documenting references to models/controllers/libraries/views etc.?

Hello.
I've used PHPXref before in documenting my projects. It creates a browsable tree of all project files and for each file, it displays functions/comments and references to other files.

However, with CodeIgniter, most of the references are not includes. Connections between CI's controllers and models or libraries, controllers and views etc. are not handled by PHPXref.

Do you know of any handy tool that generates something similar to PHPXref but that is able to handle Code Igniter's way of requiring/referencing models, libraries, views etc.?
