ERROR on utils_helper.php

I have my site installed on a Centos webserver and works fine.
When I grab the entire project and copy to my mac (for development) and try to load with http://localhost/ i got this message:

An Error Was Encountered

Unable to load the requested file: helpers/utils_helper.php


Can anyone help me?
