Hi - My php erro logs insist on showing me European time ( +8 hours ).
I have gone and set the local time within the $config['time_reference'] = 'local';
I have also gone into php.ini and set: date.timezone = 'America/Denver' ( I assume you need tick marks - I have tried with and without)
I have also gone into apache conf. and looked around there for any settings - nothing.
My computer systemn clock is set to local.
Any ideas what I might be doign wrong ?
