Dear Sirs,
I am trying for several days now to solve a problem that seemed to be easy to solve. However, I tried many different possibilities without any result.
I am getting the following error:

The path is allowed in vhosts (php_admin_value open_basedir /var/www/web37/).
When trying to include any other test file from this directory, the include works without any problem.
I have searched for solutions online and found only a possible bug of open_basedir interacting with eAccelerator. However, when trying to disable eAccelerator, codeigniter does not open at all.
Could you please help me to solve this problem?
