Can I call an old procedural script as a library

Hi everyone,

I have come across an interesting script that I think would be helpful.

I think it would be useful as a 3rd party library to help with error reporting, but I don't know how to use it it within CI. Because its hacked together with a mixture of php and html, I'm not sure how to call run it from a controller. If possible, I would like to use it as is, rather than rewriting it.
